I will hope that you will trust that I agree with you, however there are some other circumstances here that partially to fully negate training's ability to be effective. There are other factors here that I will refrain from discussing as to not bad mouth the company I work for. I do not mean general apathy for PHI protection and network security (everyone faces that). I will say that training end users is a bit of a unique challenge in my field.
